Waterfall --by Andrew

I stepped through the forest's wall,
and saw a waterfall appear.
It called out to me to set it free,
for it was frozen stiff.
Strong, the water ceased to be,
When the breath of Winter blew.
I called back to its hidden ears,
only the touch of Spring can help.
Then the waterfall roared,
and the ice began to crack.
Go get Spring to come to me,
and melt this prison of ice.
I ran until I felt the touch,
that ends Winter's wrath.
I called out to it,
help the waterfall.
The touch of Spring lifted me,
so that I could hear.
I'll hurry across this desolate land,
to help my friend be free.
Run to tell Winter,
he should run.
The touch of Spring shall,
drive it from the land,
so the waterfall,
can nourish all that lives.
When I told Winter,
Spring's message, Winter laughed.
The Spring may try
to break my spell,
but he can not succeed.
For I will flee,
from this land for now,
but I will return.
When Spring arrived,
he saved the waterfall,
and healed the damage,
that Winter caused.
Then I did, what I came to do.
I swam.
