Records are kept at the high school attended for 5 years after a student transfers, drops or graduates. If it has been 5 years or less since you last attended, please request records directly from your high school.  The Directory of Schools lists contact information.

If it has been more than 5 years since you last attended, please contact Record Services at 563-336-5058 or by completing our on-line Request Form.
