Boundaries
Individual school boundary maps in PDF format (Adobe Acrobat Reader required) are available by selecting the school from the drop-down menu below.  Each PDF includes the boundary descriptions in a text note overlay opened by double-clicking the text note button - at the top of the map.  You may wish to scale the map by using the Zoom tools - in the Acrobat Reader toolbar.  For a complete list of boundary descriptions see Administrative Regulation 501.12B.

Updated 3/24/06 to include 2/6/06 boundary changes (see below), but does not reflect the Hickory Hills Optional Area noted below.

Optional Area - Elementary students in the Hickory Hills Subdivision East of Coonhunters Road and West of 95th Avenue have the option of attending Blue Grass or Buffalo.

Boundary Changes - IMPORTANT NOTE

The following elementary school attendance area/boundary changes were approved by the Board of Education on February 6, 2006 and are reflected in the information linked above.  Click a thumbnail map to see the area impacted by the change.  Click here for more information on the boundary review process.
Buffalo to Hayes:

Extend Hayes boundary to include students west of Fairmount, south of Hobson, south of Rockingham, and north of River Drive.
Fillmore to Truman:

Add the north side of West 58th Street between Division and Pine to Truman attendance area.
Eisenhower to Lincoln creating a home school boundary for Lincoln:

South of East 12th, west of Farnam Street, north of Mississippi River, East of Brady.
Wilson to Jefferson:

Extend existing Jefferson attendance area to include south of West 6th, west of Brady, north of Mississippi river, east of Scott Street.
Garfield to Madison:

Extend existing Madison attendance area to include south of west 12th, east of Brady, north of west 6th, east of Scott Street.
