Administrative Regulation 605.04D
INSTRUCTION
The Right to Withhold Information
A
reasonable doubt on any aspect of a request for
information, or concern about the authorization to
process a request, shall be deemed sufficient reason
to act in a prudent manner and to withhold all or
part of the information until such time as the
question is resolved. The District shall comply
with a request for information before any meeting
regarding an Individualized Education Plan (IEP) or
hearing relating to the identification, evaluation,
or placement of the student, and in no case more
than 45 days after the request has been made.
