INSTRUCTION

Responsibility for Selection of Materials

  • The Board is legally responsible for all instructional materials relating to the operation of the District.
  • The Board delegates the responsibility of the selection of instructional materials to the professionally trained personnel employed by the District subject to procedures for receiving challenges of materials.
