High school faculty members may be admitted free to high school athletic contests in which their school team participates provided the teacher agrees to assist with supervisory responsibilities. The procedure for dispensing complimentary tickets for athletic events is as follows:

1. Senior high teachers may sign up for complimentary tickets for home athletic events in the activities office at their respective schools.

2. Teachers will be issued a ticket for the event they sign up for.

3. Teachers will be admitted free to the contest, but must sit near the student section and assist with supervising.

 

Intermediate school faculty members may receive free admission to senior high events when it is anticipated that a large number of students from their respective schools will be in attendance. The procedures for free admission for Intermediate school faculty, is as follows:

1. The Intermediate school principal identifies those events where a large number of Intermediate school students are expected to be in attendance.

2. The Intermediate school principal then submits a list of volunteer faculty members to the high school activities office.

3. The list will be left with the ticket taker at the appropriate gate.

4. When Intermediate school faculty members identify themselves at the gate they will be given free admission.

5. Supervising faculty members are to be seated near the Intermediate school student section.
