Attention yearbook students: don’t forget tomorrow’s holiday party and lab time after school. Bring a treat to share-- the lab will be open to finish up our deadlines and we will have some fun too! Hey Blue Devils did you know there are 231 calories and 11.5 grams of fat in French fries? Did you know that’s not good for your body? Team Nutrition of Iowa would like you to make a healthier side choice at lunch, so starting Jan. 7th and continuing every Wed. in January there will be no French fries, curly fries or onion rings served at lunch. How about choosing an apple or pineapple slices? Doesn’t a banana or an orange sound like a yummy side to eat. Try it your body will thank you later. 12-16
The countdown has started and the time to save money on your 2008-2009 yearbook is about the end. So don’t delay and purchase your yearbook before this great price goes bye, bye! 12/19
