Hey Blue Devils did you know there are 231 calories and 11.5 grams of fat in French fries? Did you know that’s not good for your body? Team Nutrition of Iowa would like you to make a healthier side choice at lunch, so starting Jan. 7th and continuing every Wed. in January there will be no French fries, curly fries or onion rings served at lunch. How about choosing an apple or pineapple slices? Doesn’t a banana or an orange sound like a yummy side to eat. Try it your body will thank you later. 12-16
